Legal Representation

Parental Rights in Education
We represent parents whose constitutionally protected fundamental right to direct the upbringing, care, and development of their children has been violated by public school district policies that circumvent parents to impose transgender ideology on their children or affirm a gender identity inconsistent with their child's sex without parental approval. When school officials follow activist blueprints to withhold information about a child or aid minors in circumventing parental authority, we represent parents in holding those officials accountable.
Student Privacy and First Amendment Rights
We represent students and parents whose fundamental rights to privacy, familial integrity, and First Amendment protections have been violated by school district policies and actions that encourage or compel affirmation of gender identity ideology. This includes compelled use of inaccurate pronouns, sexually integrated privacy facilities, and the spread of misinformation.
