For Parents
Your parental rights are constitutional rights.
If your child's school, doctor, therapist, or CPS has excluded you from medical or social decisions about your child's gender identity — or used those decisions against you — CPRC may be able to help.
CPRC may be able to help if:
- • Schools that secretly socially transitioned your child
- • Medical providers pursuing "gender-affirming" treatment over your objection
- • CPS removal threats tied to gender ideology
- • Cases where school districts violated parental notification rights
CPRC does not take cases that are primarily a custody dispute between parents.

CPRC reviews every request. We'll respond by email after assessing whether your situation fits the cases we take.
