Our Mission
The Child & Parental Rights Campaign (CPRC) is a 501(c)(3) public interest law firm founded in 2019 by attorney Vernadette Broyles. We defend parental constitutional rights and protect children from medical harms driven by gender ideology.
We fight on three battlefields:
- The Courts — landmark litigation from trial courts to the U.S. Supreme Court
- The Culture — training churches, equipping parents, shaping public conversation
- The Policy — legislation, executive action, agency rulemaking
