Title IX

Restoring its original meaning — biological sex.

President Trump's Executive Order 14168 protects women and girls in sports and private spaces by restoring the original meaning of Title IX — biological sex. This policy reverses the harm done by previous administrations' attempts to rewrite Title IX through regulation.

The Child & Parental Rights Campaign has worked to defend the original purpose of Title IX through litigation and amicus briefs. We have represented families in cases involving secret social transitions in schools and have filed amicus briefs supporting challenges to rules that redefined "sex" to include gender identity.

Key examples of CPRC's work include representation of the Littlejohn family in Florida after a school socially transitioned their daughter without parental knowledge, and amicus briefs filed in support of parental rights and biological sex distinctions in cases before federal courts and the U.S. Supreme Court.

CPRC will continue to defend the rights of parents, female athletes, and students whose privacy and safety are protected by Title IX's original focus on biological sex.
