The Problem
What's Happening to Our Children
Children are being led to believe a powerful untruth — that they could be "born in the wrong body." This ideology replaces biological reality with an artificial social construct, promoting unscientific and life-altering procedures.
As a result, irreversible chemical and surgical interventions are being performed on children for purely psychological reasons — with no long-term studies validating their safety.
School officials are increasingly undermining parental rights, affirming children in a false identity without knowledge or approval of their parents.

Child & Parental Rights Campaign, Inc. was founded as a nonprofit public-interest law organization to respond to the harms of gender identity ideology through legal advocacy, public education, and strategic action.

Children
Every child has the right to:

- — Know their body is not their enemy and their sex is not a disease
- — Not be subjected to experimental, unproven medical treatments
- — Grow up with full sexual function and the capacity to bear children
Parents
Every parent has the right to:
- — Direct the care, upbringing, and education of their children
- — Know what their children are being taught in school
- — Not have children socially transitioned without consent
- — Not be threatened with custody loss for refusing harmful interventions
Women
Every woman has the right to:
- — Privacy in restrooms, locker rooms, and intimate spaces
- — Safety in shelters and correctional facilities
- — Equal opportunities in athletics and scholarships
The Stakes
